Qt is the most capable desktop toolkit available to Python. PySide6 is the official Qt for Python binding under the LGPL, and PyQt6 is an alternative binding from Riverbank Computing under the GPL or a commercial license; the APIs are close, so the license usually decides. tkinter ships with Python and is fine for small tools, and CustomTkinter gives it a more modern look. wxPython wraps wxWidgets and uses native widgets on each platform, PyGObject is the binding for GTK, and Toga, from the BeeWare project, also targets native widgets per platform.
